Welcome to Electro Tech. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your appointment.

1. Service Booking

  • All services are on-site. Customers must book an appointment by contacting our service helpline.

  • After booking, the service timing will be discussed and confirmed over the phone between the customer and our service expert.

2. Service Execution

  • Our expert will visit the customer’s location as per the scheduled appointment.

  • Customers must ensure access to the appliance and provide a safe working environment for the technician.

3. Service Charges & Payments

  • The service charge will depend on the nature of the work carried out.

  • The cost of spare parts (if required) is additional and must be borne by the customer.

  • The final service cost = Service Charge + Spare Parts Cost (if applicable).

  • Payments are to be made directly to the service expert either in cash, UPI, or any other mode mutually agreed upon.

4. Warranty & Spare Parts

  • Warranty on spare parts (if any) will depend on the manufacturer/supplier.

  • Electro Tech will not be liable for any defects in parts provided by third-party manufacturers or purchased by the client.

  • Service warranty (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned by the technician at the time of service.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers must inform Electro Tech in advance if they wish to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before the appointment) may be subject to a minimum service visit charge.

6. Liability

  • Electro Tech ensures that all services are carried out by trained and experienced technicians.

  • However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused due to appliance breakdown beyond the service performed.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the appliance’s condition after service.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute regarding service charges, spare parts, or workmanship, customers are requested to contact Electro Tech directly for resolution.

  • Decisions taken by Electro Tech management will be final.
